Casey Stanford, MD

Dr. Stanford spent his childhood enjoying the MS Gulf Coast in his hometown of Gautier and cattle farming at his family homestead in Greene County, MS. He attended the University of Mississippi and received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, while also studying Korean and spending a summer abroad in South Korea. After graduating with his medical doctoral degree at University of Mississippi Medical Center, he worked at Forrest General Family Medicine Residency Program during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Dr. Stanford is a current member of the Mississippi Rural Physician Scholarship Program, and is fascinated with the created human body, two favorite subjects being dermatology and emergency medicine. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Stanford plays violin, cello, saxophone, and trumpet on his church's worship team. He and his wife, Hannah Stanford, RN, have three daughters and are happy to be back in Greene County to provide holistic medical services to the community that shaped so much of his life.
